Here are eight simple steps that helped us to build my own spiritual practice over time.
The first step is to awaken that you want to become more spiritual. Your intention is saying to yourself, “I want to learn more about spirituality ” or it could be formal as sharing your intention with friends in order to celebrate your start on this lifelong journey. Our connection to spirit, the universe is primarily a felt experience.
Therefore, a great way to establish a strong spiritual practice is to set time to intentionally quiet your thinking mind using meditation, chanting, or mindfulness. Only you need to do just15 minutes a day. You may find that the universe sends you some little hints and clues to encourage you on your seeker’s path. These signs may be much simple as having three different people recommend the same book or connecting with a kind spirit through a random occurrence.
