Morning Yoga Poses For Weight Loss

Losing weight is increasingly becoming an obsession and a mental challenge.

The struggles are real and make many individuals push limits, and worse - start to hate their bodies!

Not surprisingly, most people believe that yoga does not help in weight loss as it has more to do with stretches and less of calorie burning.

1. Child Pose (Balasana) A. Begin the session by sitting on your knees and on your heels on the yoga mat or a blanket.

Locust Pose (Salabhasana) A. Release the body from Balasana, and bring your body into prone pose and stretch the arms and legs lying on the tummy.

Downward Facing Dog Pose (Adho Mukha Svanasana) A. Place the palms on the floor close to your chest after releasing from Salabhasana, and taking one deep inhalation raise the body upwards place the foot on the floor and exhale completely taking the body on the feet and the palms.
