Meditation is a practice by which one can stabilize there physical and mental conditions , it helps to conquer on individual’s emotions, it helps to heal people from any trauma , it also helps to improve power of focusing, it can unlock your all senses. People also do meditation for activating there Chakra’s.

Chakra, is basically a spinning wheel of energy. There 7 types of chakra in our body on different different scales. Meditation can do miracles like it can cure asadhya diseases, those disease which are incurables but meditation can cure them by doing exaggeration of most of the senses of human body.

Meditation in terms of medical science is to provide relaxation to the Nervous system due to which proper stimulation occurs in the tissues and cells of the body which results in accurate blood flow, proper relaxation of muscles, maintaining proper heart rate.

Meditational power can conquer over hormonal diseases too like meditation can cure PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome). It works on insomnia too, which is a hormonal imbalance disease, Melatonin is the harmone responsible for the sleep and less secretion of this hormone can cause insomnia.

What are different types of guided healing meditation

Guided healing meditation is a practice performed by an individual in the presence of any trainee/coach which provides you some imaginary scales to visualize and slowly puts you in that imaginary zone and brought you back out of that zone.

Basically, Guided healing meditation by a coach is as follows – Firstly Coach will provide you a special environment for meditation with specific qualities.

Trainee will make you comfortable with that zone and start with a interesting introductory session. Then slowly they will start teaching you to accept their emotions, to stabilize your mental health ,to behave calm and stable and slowly by time you will surely get healed and if lucky then you can also activate your energy wheel.

HOW TO GET STARTED?

Anyone can do this practice of healing meditation who wants to heal their body or who wants to get out of the some mental disorders like anxiety or depression.

You can do practice meditation as follows.

Firstly chose a place which is quiet and gives you so much of peace.

2. Sit there and make yourself comfortable with that peaceful environment.

3. Sit with legs fold and straight back now Close your eyes.

4. Focus your mind on the center of your chest region.

5. Take deep and gentle breathes

6. Set a count down of 2 seconds and just hold your inhaled air for those 2 seconds.

7. Then exhale that air and repeat this process for 10 to 15 times .

Then slowly increase a set of count downs.

After performing the whole procedure, rub your hands and put your hands on your eyes.

Slowly open your eyes.

You will feel a sudden bunch of freshness.

You can make meditation more efficient by uttering mantras. By repeating mantras repeatedly gives you more peace than usual. This will surely help you to heal.

TYPES OF MEDITATION

As meditation is an ancient practice. So we should discuss ancient types of meditation. According to ancient period there are two types of meditation :

1. CONCENTRATIVE MEDITATION

2. CONTEMPLATIVE / ANALYTICAL MEDITATION.

1. Concentrative meditation : This kind of meditation was performed by our sage.
Basically this is the meditation for focus, It includes a single object and a person needs to focus on that single object such as count on their own breathes ,tickling of clock ,burning candle or a panting. This meditation helps to achieve the mindfulness and easy focusing.

This needs a proper environment for meditating because the individual need to focus which can only performed in quiet and peaceful place.

2. Contemplative / Analytical Meditation : This is the meditation which individuals do when they have to talk to there soul before taking any important decisions which are life-threatening. This helps you to hear your inner voice.

It doesn’t need any specific environment or any specific place the individual can keep quiet and close their eyes ,think about that question or situation or whatever the matter it is and tries to talk to there inside souls.

GUIDED MEDITATION FOR EMOTIONAL HEALING

When the individual performs meditation various emotions can attack on individual’s mind which the coach needs to deal positively and try to make an individual calm and stable to accept those emotions. For acceptance of those emotions individuals need to work on themselves. The individuals need to remind some specific points –

1.They can do it any how but they can.

2.They have to prove wrong to that demons inside them that they are a pure soul.

3. At the time of meditation, they should focus on the voice of their pure soul not of the demon inside them which tries to distract them.

4.They should be confident about them in any perspective either that are looks or behavior.

They have to just provide themselves a environment in which they can feel pure soul.

Meditation can heals a individual’s emotional damage slowly because first individual needs to accept there cons and pros. They need to understand that if someone have good habit then they also have bad hobbit too.

Emotional healing is 50 percent up to you and 50 percent up to your coach that’s why the trainee need to know how to deal with the different different cases of each individual. Coach needs to understand the need of students and Students need to complete their goals by the help of that need given by coach.
